Durasnare LLC Guided Trips – Cancellation Policy
At Durasnare LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to accommodate our clients as best as possible while ensuring fairness and the ability to operate our business effectively.
Please keep in mind that a significant amount of time and effort goes into preparing each guided trip—including trip planning, equipment preparation, and location research—to ensure your experience is both safe and productive. Your understanding and cooperation with the following cancellation policy help us continue to deliver the highest quality service to all our guests.
Cancellations by Clients

7 or more days prior to the trip:
Full refund of deposit minus a 5% processing fee, or a one time option to reschedule with no additional fees. -
3–6 days prior to the trip:
50% of the amount paid refunded minus a 5% processing fee, or 50% of the amount paid will be applied to a future trip without additional fees. -
Less than 72 hours (3 days):
Booking is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion based on availability. -
No-shows or same-day cancellations:
No refunds will be issued.
Cancellations by Durasnare LLC
In the event that we must cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule your trip at no additional cost.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Trips that start late due to client tardiness may be shortened accordingly, without a discount or refund.
Weather Policy
We fish rain or shine, but trips may be canceled or postponed at our discretion due to high winds, rough seas, or hazardous conditions. Your safety is our top priority.
